Aimed primarily at small to medium-sized businesses usually without their own internal HR support, FACEit gives you the advantage of easy access to qualified, experienced HR expertise for a fraction of the cost of employing your own HR professional. In addition when you sign up to FACEit you can select any single employment policy or procedure that you need (subject to certain restrictions) and we will produce a tailor-made document just for your business.

Getting
started
FACEit
would involve an initial
meeting to find out all about your business, how it
works, what you do, the people you employ, the structure,
the culture, and any issues or factors particular to your
business that we would need to know to provide
appropriate, tailored advice in any situation.
Following this meeting we would do a complete
HR audit, and would discuss with you which
single policy or procedure you feel you most need and
how you would like it produced to meet your needs.
What support do I
get?
Your
consultant
We feel that it is important your advice and support is
given by a consultant who has a relationship with you and
understands your business, the people you are employing
and the issues you are facing. For this reason, unlike
some of our competitors, we don't use a 'helpline'
facility. Instead you will have the telephone number and
mobile number of your own consultant. Because of this we
cannot guarantee the phone will be answered immediately
but if you can’t get through straightaway you can leave a
message and your dedicated consultant will call you
straight back to discuss your problem.
Phone and email
You will be able to make a limitless number of phone
calls to your consultant and send as many emails as you
need to asking for advice or support on any issue
relating to people management.
Update meetings
You will benefit from meeting every quarter with your
consultant arranged at a time convenient to you. This
will provide an opportunity to discuss how you are using
our services, any ongoing issues you may have, any
changes to your business and anything else you would like
to talk about.
Legal
updates
We will make sure you are updated with any changes to
employment legislation and will let you know how changes
will impact on your business.
How much will it cost
me?
FACEit
costs a flat fee of £1,000
per annum, based on a single user and with a cap of 25
hours of phone/email support annually. Employers who
would like to enable more than one person to use the
service can add additional users for £250 per annum each.
What if I need more
time or more site visits?
If you feel your company would benefit from either more
time available or more frequent site visits, an
appropriate rate can be agreed to ensure that your needs
are met.
We will not allow you to go over your time limit without
discussing this with you well in advance and agreeing how
you would like to proceed.
